Human, All Too Human

from The Wolf and The Fox by Warren of Ohms

/

about

One of the earliest tracks written for the album. The title is taken from the book "Human, All Too Human" by Nietzsche. The excerpt details how all of the evils in the world were unleashed from Pandora's Box but one. That remaining gift eventually given to man is hope. Hope prolongs suffering with the glimmer that one day things will get better. This is the second track to reprise the thematic riff structure found in the introduction. Listen carefully before the outro begins and you can hear me stomping on a pedal box.

lyrics

Hope prolongs the torments of man,
but it's all that I've got.
